My role contributes to the quality of Trajama&’s products is proven in providing stakeholders with a clear view of the progress we’ve achieved, identifying risks that need mitigation, finding defects that impact the product, and assessing readiness for release to meet client and user needs. It’s important to note that quality is a shared responsibility among QA, developers, product owners, and other tech and business-related roles. We may use various methodologies, but our primary approach is agile testing, which aligns with agile development processes by emphasizing collaboration and continuous feedback. Additionally, we utilize the Cypress tool for test automation. During my time at Tarjama&, we achieved numerous milestones for the CleverSo product, releasing tens of great features. However, what truly stands out to me is our consistent dedication to improving and enhancing the user experience for all product users. The ongoing commitment to meeting requirements and making our products more user-friendly and efficient impresses me. By reflecting on past behaviors and the current state, you will notice the significant effort behind this work. Better collaboration follows clear communication. It’s efficient to address any ambiguities by having the courage to ask questions that come to mind. Also, be willing to take on different roles within the team when necessary. Reducing the gap between QA and developers is crucial, particularly for a QA role. This can be achieved by learning more about the programming languages and technologies used in the product’s development. Improved communication will meet your needs more effectively. My honest, direct answer to this would be the people we work with in the tech department. Having proactive, humble, and helpful colleagues makes difficulties simpler. Here are a few points I applied and found helpful during my QA work journey: Don’t hesitate to ask questions; it clears up confusion and leads to creative solutions. Remember, asking for help is not a weakness. Be an active listener and team player willing to take on different roles as needed; this builds trust and enriches your experience. Get hands-on experience; it’s the best teacher. And be courageous enough to explore new areas of the business and technology.
